Mrs. Costello has over 14 years experience in the Real Estate industry, ranging from Property Management to New Home Sales to General Real Estate.  She is a consistent client advocate who has achieved superior results at every turn in her career.

As a property manager, she quickly rose from Leasing Consultant to Resident Manager to Marketing Director.  Kathy has been retained by several national property management companies and is the recipient of numerous industry awards including “Commitment to Success” and the “Overachievers Award.”

A move to Inland Homes, in Tampa, afforded Kathy the opportunity to specialize in new home sales.  She was promoted rapidly to Senior Sales Professional and began training new sales professionals and construction managers.  She quickly reached $16 million in sales and became the leading sales professional within her company. 

Most notably, Kathy has reached a level of 100% customer satisfaction for homeowners surveyed at closing.  These results are reported through JD Power and Associates.

Shifting her focus to general Real Estate, Kathy began as a Sales Associate for a leading Century 21 Real Estate Franchise.  She was quickly asked to fill the shoes of Marketing Director.  

Now, Kathy has started a new chapter.  She is proud to announce the establishment of Sun Castle Realty.   Sun Castle is a place where Kathy will combine her high level of professionalism, her diverse Real Estate experience and her award winning level of client service; all for the benefit of her clients throughout Tampa Bay!
